Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery within the UK is 4–9 business days. This timeframe is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, weather, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond YOTUNIA's reasonable control.

We work with trusted logistics partners, including CJPacket, SF Express, and LuWei, to ensure reliable and timely delivery for all orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active or update.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the carrier.
